Primarily files (1998-1999) prepared either for or by Governor-Elect Ventura's transition team. They include briefing booklets about the major divisions of state government prepared by the outgoing administration of Governor Arne Carlson and files compiled by the Ventura transition team on issues of interest to the Governor. There is also a transition manual (2002-2003) prepared by Governor Ventura's staff for the transition team of Governor-Elect Tim Pawlenty, detailing the Governor's Office and the 25 cabinet-level departments.
